RENE WATSON

Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Rene Watson is a Managing Partner and Co-founder of MPC Global Solutions, a veteran and woman-owned small business in Las Vegas specializing in manufacturing, business process improvement, and high-level corporate consulting. She is also the President of Far-East Advisory Inc., a New York-based consultancy firm focused on business development in Asia and Japanese-American corporate relations. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and international business development, Ms. Watson has helped create and manage several businesses and serves as the Chairman of Empire Resorts International, Co., Ltd., based in Kobe, Japan. She is a member of a United Nations (U.N.) Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that uses martial arts to educate women, children, and law enforcement personnel globally about self-defense and personal awareness. Ms. Watson has broad experience in operational management and has been instrumental in MPC's international relationships and strategies, demonstrating a talent for bringing people and organizations together to achieve their goals.

DAVID HAGERTY

Managing Partner & Co-Founder

David Hagerty is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of MPC Global Solutions with almost 40 years of experience in mid-to upper-level management positions with profit and loss responsibility in modern manufacturing companies. He has played a critical role in seven factory start-ups and has extensive experience in complex project management, finite element analysis, and other problem-solving skills needed in the construction and land development fields. Mr. Hagerty has highly detailed experience in building manufacturing facilities and starting up operations for small to mid-size companies in broadly disparate industries. In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Hagerty served in the U.S. Air Force as a Security Police officer from 1969-1973, including one year as a patrol dog handler in Vietnam, during which he was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal.

LANCE ROBERTS

Partner & Senior Consultant

Lance Roberts has 30 years of national and international business experience and is the CEO of LV Global Holdings. He has played a critical role in the formation of several U.S. and international business enterprises across various industries, spearheaded multiple projects, partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions. Mr. Roberts has held executive positions in various public sector companies, consulted with U.S. government entities and aerospace companies, as well as worked with organizations across the renewable energy and fossil fuels sectors. He also provides professional business consulting services, covering legal and financial strategies, troubleshooting, third-party negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and expansion planning and management.
